I just ❤️ how simple design is…

As a designer, I firmly believe our mission is to envision intuitive solutions for identified challenges. It's that straightforward!

But there's more to it:

  • Craft designs that can be executed with utmost efficiency,

  • Ensure adherence to guidelines for scalability and durability over time,

  • Thereby advancing a broader design strategy while adeptly managing business expectations and product/tech development constraints.

A healthy dose of Lean or Agile methodologies, coupled with savvy Design Operations, typically proves invaluable at this juncture. I’ve also learned with time that being good at talking to people and getting them excited about ideas is essential for any designer. Guiding stakeholders towards consensus on what to build and how to do it is where the magic truly happens.

With my 10 years of experience, I am currently leveraging my skills to tackle challenges within ManoMano's Seller back-office as a Senior/Lead Product Designer, as well as managing a team of 5 designers accross the Operations and Payment scope (aftersales ; returns …) My role as a manager consists in making sure my team is delivering the expected value in their projects, aligning design with the company’s OKRs and making sure the overall experience on my topics is consistent and legible… all in an positive and motivating environment for my team.

On the side, I’m also part of the Design System Core Team and try not to miss any updates from my favorite tool Figma.

Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible
