I’m a Product Designer with 10 years of experience turning complex problems into clear, intuitive solutions.

Portrait de Noémie Lemaire

As a designer, I believe our mission is simple: envision clear, intuitive solutions to real, identified problems.

But doing this well means going beyond visuals:

  • Creating designs that smoothly integrate into development workflows,

  • Ensuring scalability and coherence over time,

  • Balancing product strategy, tech constraints, and business needs.

With 10 years of experience in product design — including several years leading teams — I’ve learned that design is also about people: getting stakeholders aligned, building shared understanding, and bringing ideas to life through collaboration.

Currently

At BlaBlaCar, I’m an individual contributor on the Discover and Search squad, working on all the key touchpoints that happen before a user books a ride. It’s a highly visible scope where I collaborate closely with product and tech to craft impactful, user-centered experiences that drive engagement and clarity.

Previously

At ManoMano, I held a dual role as Senior/Lead Product Designer and Design Team Lead, managing a team of 5 designers across the Operations and Payment scope (aftersales, returns, etc.).

My focus was on ensuring my team delivered strong user and business value, aligned with company OKRs, while maintaining consistency and clarity across experiences. I also prioritized building a positive and motivating environment where designers could thrive and grow.

Good design is actually a lot harder to notice than poor design, in part because good designs fit our needs so well that the design is invisible
